How Your Inquiry Is Handled

When online submission is available, your name, email, contact details, product requirements and reference images are saved as an inquiry for quotation and follow-up. Images are stored privately and may be included in email notifications. Email delivery uses Resend; hosting and storage use Cloudflare.

A delayed email notification does not remove a saved inquiry. Do not upload identity documents, payment details or information unrelated to your quotation. Contact ho142026@outlook.com to request access, correction or deletion.

Email, WhatsApp, SMS and WeChat alternatives require confirmation in the selected app and are not separately saved by this form as server inquiries. Security verification uses Cloudflare Turnstile.
